I’m Tiffany Cohen, a transformational healer and spiritual + energetic advisor to founders, CEOs, and high performers. I am the Founder of Spirit + Soul Studio, a healing and teaching space in New York. My work combines subconscious reprogramming, Spinal Energetics, energy work, and quantum manifesting. First we find the pattern running you and clear it at the root. Then we build what’s next from the quantum field, the version of you and the business that’s been waiting on the other side of it.
I spent fifteen years in corporate America and climbed to First Vice President of a large commercial lending firm. I underwrote billions of dollars in loans, including some of New York's most famous real estate, like Co-op City. I sat in rooms where nine-figure decisions got made, and I learned how money actually moves: how deals close, how pressure builds, and what it does to the people carrying it.
I left at the top of my game, building AI systems, alongside the IT Team, for the entire Lending Department to run efficiently and become modernized. While all of this afforded me a massive amount of business knowledge, I found something that worked at a level strategy never touched.
Here’s where It Lead Me
Here's what I noticed from the inside. The most successful people I encountered weren't running on better spreadsheets. Something else separated them, and it lived underneath the surface, in their certainty, their energy, the way rooms moved around them. Meanwhile I was hitting every metric and feeling a pull toward something I couldn't name yet.
So I started working on the underneath. Meditation first, then energy itself, then the subconscious. Every layer I cleared in myself, my outer life reorganized to match. The life I was meant to build came into focus, and I made the leap that everyone told me was crazy: I left the corporate career at its height and opened Spirit + Soul Studio.
My training matches the stakes. I'm certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy, trained directly under its creator, Marisa Peer, and I was among the first US students of Spinal Energetics, the first practitioner on Long Island. My clients have landed eight-figure deals, walked into fundraises and boardrooms as different people, and watched revenue move when nothing in the strategy changed. The work reaches where strategy can't, because you are the common denominator of everything you run.
I've spoken on stages for unicorn founder Suneera Madhani at the Unicorn Summit and inside her Millionaire Founders Club, at Boss Vision Conference and Fab Fierce Females, and internationally in the Philippines as keynote for Maude Labs, the brand firm co-founded by global angel investor Erika Aquino. I host Unlimited, my own transformational conference. My book, The Best Life Code, arrives October 2026.
And when I'm off the stage and out of the healing room, I'm a wife and a mom on Long Island, living the same practices I teach. I built the corporate career, then I built this one, so when you sit across from me, you're sitting with someone who has lived both sides of your life: the pressure you're under and the power on the other side of it.
